Blake from ESS Installations NW Ltd fitted an Ohme charger at my house and I couldn't be happier with it. Turned up when he said he would, explained exactly what he was doing and why, and got on with it without any fuss. The install itself is spotless — unit mounted dead level, cable run neatly clipped along the wall, and he put a holster up so the lead isn't left trailing on the floor. He also took the time to walk me through the app and the off-peak charging schedule before he left. Proper job, fair price, and a genuinely decent bloke to deal with. No hesitation recommending ESS Installations NW.
